WORK
WITH
AI & DATA
A structured path for people pivoting from non-technical careers and engineers ready to evolve their stack. Our new work-integrated programs put you in a paid apprenticeship while you earn your AI Engineering credential.
Two paths into AI. One commitment to adaptation.
Earn while you learn through paid apprenticeships at real companies. Start building from day one — or skip the foundations if you're already an engineer.
Build AI skills on your timeline — full-time or part-time. From Python fundamentals through neural networks and LLMs, graduate with a portfolio that proves you can ship.

The Apprenticeship
The Bletchley Fellowship is a program of the Bletchley Institute, an independent nonprofit focused on making work-integrated education accessible. Flatiron School handles the education. The Fellowship handles the apprenticeship side, sourcing partners, matching students with placements, and funding the scholarship that makes the financial model work.
The Fellowship exists for a specific reason: to ensure that every fellow graduates with real work experience and without education debt. When you enroll in a Flatiron work-integrated program, you are also applying to the fellowship. Acceptance to the Fellowship is what unlocks your apprenticeship placement and your scholarship.

“I spent eight years in finance before Flatiron. The apprenticeship gave me real production experience that no traditional program could match — I was building payment infrastructure before I even graduated.”

Rachel Torres
Backend Engineer, Stripe
“Flatiron's AI curriculum didn't just teach me theory — I was training models on real production data during my apprenticeship. That hands-on experience is what set me apart in every interview.”

Kwame Asante
ML Engineer, Hulu
“Coming from product management, I was skeptical I could make the technical leap. The structured path from fundamentals to production-level cybersecurity gave me the depth I needed to transition with confidence.”
